What Are Gold Sprites?

Gold Sprites are the premium variant of the Sprite creatures introduced in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Override. Unlike regular Sprites, gold versions grant enhanced effects and are much rarer — making them a priority pickup for anyone chasing the season's best loot.

Sprites are collectible creatures scattered across the Override map that provide buffs when captured. Gold Sprites are the boosted tier: easier to spot, harder to find, and worth hunting for the superior reward pool they drop.

All Sprite Variants List

Ch7S4 features multiple Sprite variants, each with its own color, behavior, and reward. The full checklist includes the standard variants plus their gold counterparts — gold versions of each type spawn at a low rate and drop upgraded rewards.

Rarest Sprites Ranked

The rarest Sprites right now are the gold variants — especially the gold forms of attack-oriented Sprites, which combine rare spawns with a strong in-fight payoff. If you find one early, immediately use it to pressure the lobby before the drop resets.
