Fortnite Mechagodzilla & Kong: Monsterverse Shop Return
The Monsterverse Returns to the Shop
The Godzilla crossover is back in the Fortnite Item Shop. As of September 9, 2026, both Mechagodzilla and Kong are available again, bringing the Monsterverse to the island for the current rotation. The set first hit Fortnite with the Godzilla x Kong sync-drop era, and this return brings the full roster of outfits, bundles, accessories and the Nissan Skyline GT-R vehicles back at once.
Mechagodzilla and Kong Prices
Individually, Mechagodzilla costs 1,800 V-Bucks and Kong costs 1,500. The two skins cover the giant rival duo from the Monsterverse movies, with Mechagodzilla packing the mechanical look and Kong bringing the ape with his battle axe. If you only want one of the two titans, the single skins are the way to go.
The Full Mechagodzilla Bundle
The Mechagodzilla and Kong Bundle costs 2,800 V-Bucks and combines both outfits with the accessory set. Included items cover the Monsterverse gear: the Proton Drill at 800, the Proton Exo-Boosters at 300, the Cybernetic Scream at 500, the B.E.A.S.T. Glove at 400, Roar Power at 500, Kong's Battle Axe at 800 and the B.E.A.S.T. Armorplate at 300. For the complete titan loadout, the bundle is the best value.
Kong Accessories
Kong brings his signature gear alongside the outfit. Kong's Battle Axe costs 800 V-Bucks and is the highlight, recreating the axe the ape wields in the films. Roar Power costs 500, and the B.E.A.S.T. Glove and B.E.A.S.T. Armorplate round out the human-tech side at 400 and 300 respectively. Together with Kong's 1,500 V-Bucks skin, the accessories complete a full Monsterverse look.
The Nissan Skyline GT-R Cars
The crossover also includes cars. The Nissan Skyline GT-R Godzilla x Kong Bundle costs 2,800 V-Bucks and comes with the Heat Ray Boost at 400, bringing the monster energy to Rocket Racing style content. The region-restricted list also includes the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 at 400 V-Bucks. Vehicle fans can pair the bundle with the titan outfits for the full Godzilla x Kong package.
Region Locked Godzilla Item
One notable item is region restricted: the Godzilla outfit itself appears on the region-restricted list at 700 V-Bucks. That means availability of the original Godzilla skin depends on your country, separate from the Mechagodzilla and Kong rotation. If Godzilla is missing from your shop, the region lock is the reason, and you can still grab Mechagodzilla, Kong and the bundles that are available to you.
